I has 7:30 am appointment had to fast still waiting till gone 4 pm without anyone knowing what time I will be seen.

My care and treatment was very good both before and after the op! I do however feel that I could have been informed more about what was going on. However, that is just my feeling and I can imagine that a lot of patients would not feel the same, the Dr/surgeon would have to answer the patient at the start.
